Return &
Exchange Policy
We stand behind our work 100%, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us right way so that we can make it right.
We are more than happy to exchange the product, if for some reason, the goods have been delivered to you damaged or appear to be faulty.

The ‘goods’ meaning - clothing items purchased from The Haus Of Nina Online Shop may be exchanged only for the same item, for the same/ or other size/ and if the original item is faulty. You have 14 days from the shipping arrival date to contact us with your query. The items must not be returned stained with make-up, perfumed, washed, or damaged (should they not have been delivered faulty in the first instance). In that case no exchange/refund will be granted.
In the case of product return, the customer covers the shipping costs.

For the reasons of hygiene and safety, accessories, jewellery and shoes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Please note, that each product or garment have been provided with a detailed description of its features, including fabric/ material quality, and or size table/ washing treatment. The Haus Of Nina takes no responsibility and therefore is not liable for your incorrect treatment of the goods.
Please retain your original receipt to guarantee the manufacturing warranty on your product.

No exchanges/returns are available for promotional products through The Haus Of Nina Online Shop.

Returns of the product without Returns Form will not be considered.
